1. 30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@karmicbloomco.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or full refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-ordered resonance tools or personalized engravings.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or PayPal to process the refund.
